Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 Episode 6: Unveiling Betrayal and Battles

After a short break, Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 is back, and fans are thrilled! In the earlier chapters, we learned about Satoru and Getou's past, but many were eager to see what Yuji, Megumi, and Nobara have been up to.

In this episode, we finally catch up with our beloved characters. The first half shows them going about their daily lives, giving us a sense of their routines. But things get exciting in the second half as the story sets the stage for some intense events involving two traitors. While the identity of the second traitor remains a mystery, the first one is revealed to be Mechamaru.

This revelation makes sense considering Mechamaru's unique Cursed Technique abilities. Getou and Mahito seem to have it out for Kokichi, but he's not one to back down easily. It's unclear whether Getou will step in, as he promised not to interfere, but Mahito is a formidable opponent, so Kokichi faces a tough battle ahead.

As for the animation quality in this chapter, it's as stunning as the previous episodes. The animators clearly had a blast bringing the fight between Kokichi and Mahito to life. And even the lighter moments with Nobara, Yuko, and Megumi are well-executed, offering some enjoyable comedic relief.
