Exciting News for Anime Fans! Doga Kobo, the renowned studio, has announced an original TV anime titled "Jellyfish Can't Swim in the Night" to celebrate their 50th anniversary. Set to air in 2024, the series will take place in the vibrant city of Shibuya.


The anime is based on an original work by JELEE, and it boasts an impressive team of creators. Ryohei Takeshita, known for directing "Eromanga Sensei," will helm the project at Doga Kobo. The character designs come from the talented artist popman3580, which will be adapted for animation by Junichirō Taniguchi, who has previously worked on "Magia Record: Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story" and "Touken Ranbu: Hanamaru."


Adding to the anticipation is Yūki Yaku, the author of the "Bottom-tier Character Tomozaki" light novel, who will be writing and overseeing the series scripts. With such an impressive lineup, fans can expect a captivating and unforgettable youth story set in the heart of Shibuya.
